My dog "Bandit" is a real ornery pill at the vet. The entire Hometown staff and vets that we've interacted with over the past 5 years have all been caring, efficient, and friendly..in spite of how Bandit acts! I highly recommend these professionals!

Everything was great from the time we called Hometown Animal Hospital to check pricing on dental for 3 dogs, scheduled appointment, arrived at the animal hospital, and picked up the dogs later in the day. The vet, Dr Munck, called regarding a health issue with our small dog and to get authorization to proceed. She went over what was done and they were all given great care. The whole staff was extremely friendly, helpful and Dr. Munck went above and beyond. The prices were very fair and competitive.

We have used Hometown Animal Hospital for all three of our dogs over the years, for both routine care and emergency surgery. Very friendly and professional staff, they obviously love animals.

Hometown has been a great health care provider for our beloved pup. They’ve always been able to squeeze us in when we have had issues that needed immediate attention. The staff have been pleasant and always helpful. Our experiences have been positive and I totally recommend them!
- Daphne D.
They've been very caring with my dogs. I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. They took great care of me & my dog when she died. Now I have 2 puppies and they have been great with them. Love the team, love the vets!

Staff is very friendly and helpful and all of the doctors are caring and capable. I appreciate getting a follow up call to ask how my pet is doing after a visit. Their prices are very competitive.

On a recent afternoon while walking my little poodle rescue in a city park, she was attacked by a larger hunting dog through a wire fence when he latched onto her and held on. When he let go, she was bleeding from the mouth and neck and screamed for a long while. I called this office to forewarn them of my arrival in 30 minutes. Once there, they immediately took her in a room, examined her injuries and suggested surgery that day to close and suture the wounds. I left for a couple of hours and returned to take her home with antibiotics and instructions. Staff and vet were caring and compassionate. My pup is well now after having sutures removed in two weeks. Prices were not outrageous, as I exist on social security and I really appreciate that. I will return there for other services.

The staff of Hometown Veterinary Clinic are so kind and understanding when you are falling apart, and they are able to turn on a dime to greet an incoming pet parent. They are so good at their jobs. Completely professional with boundless compassion and empathy. They are just what you want in a vet clinic. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know who needs a vet.

Oregon. My cat of 12 years had kidney failure. They were sooo caring and helpful through the whole agonizing process. I would never take any of my animals elsewhere. I liii grrr the Drs and all the staff. Can't say enough good things.
- Debra F.
Wonderful, prompt, and caring service (emergency and clinical) provided by all the staff and doctors for my menagerie of big and small animals. I have a cat who is a real challenge to handle and treat, and everyone just handles his huffing and puffing (and yowling and scratching and biting...) with extreme good humor, competence and professionalism. My cat might not be a big fan, but I certainly am!

Boy.... Where do I start... There's really not enough space here for me to say all the good things about Hometown Animal Clinic. I could go on for months... The staff is absolutely the kindest people as Office staff, I have ever met. The Dr.s are awesome! Dr. Amy is the sweetest most caring Vet Dr. I have ever met. The doctors & staff care for your pets just like they were there own. My little Lulu thinks it's a treat to go to Hometown Animal Clinic, to her it's like she is going to see her other family, and she knows just how to get to them. I let loose of her leash and past the desk in through the swinging doors she goes and pays her visits to everyone.. I tell everyone about Hometown Animal Clinic... Thank you Hometown for being the best Animal Clinic EVER! Linda Hays

Arrived about half an hour early, checked in and sat down to wait for my appointment. After only 10 minutes waiting, my dog was taken in the back, checked out, and treated. Was gone 10 minutes before my appointment time. A very knowledgeable, professional, friendly staff. The new facility is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who needed vet services for any animal.

We have always had lots of animals, dogs, cats, birds, horses, goats and llamas . I have been to most of the Vets in Redmond and like them all. Several years ago we had an adult Akita female that needed to be spayed so we got quotes from most of the local veterinarians. I chose to try out Scott Davis at Hometown Animal Hospital and have been taking all our critters there ever since. Our dog had obviously had a good experience with this surgery as she never seemed to have any pain or redness and she was not nervous when we went back there for other appointments. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Worth the drive, they take good care of all of us!

We have been taking our furry kids to Hometown since 1991. They have always been friendly, courteous and knowledge. They are caring and make our girlies comfortable, at beginning of life and especially end of life. We have never had to wait for appointments or had to wait in the clinic for long periods of time. When new employees, assistants and Doctors are brought on board, they are trained to give their best foot forward. Thank you for your continued support. We moved to Redmond 11 years ago and still drive to Prineville for animal health care.

I have had to deal with Hometown a lot as I have cats and dogs, but the most recent time was when I had to have my Rowdy girl put down. Dr. Achille , Emily, and Stacey were the sweetest. As good as can be, they walked my husband and I through the process of what we were going to endure and let us make the choice as to whether or not we wanted to stay in the room. They were very professional but so compassionate in what they were doing. My thanks go out to all at hometown as I have dealt with all the girls and Scott for many years. Keep up the good work Hometown.
